Andrea Luna Cervantes, UWU's Community Organizer is dedicated to empowering individuals and creating a more inclusive and equitable society for all. Born and raised from rural Arizona, Andrea's upbringing has fueled her drive to create positive change in her community. With her many years of experience in organizing and political advocacy, she possesses the expertise to effectively support UWU's mission.Throughout her career, Andrea has focused on fighting for equal opportunities for all. She has helped lead successful campaigns advocating for voting rights, reproductive freedom, and the protection of public education. These efforts have allowed her to witness firsthand the impact that dedicated activism can have on our communities
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and Transborder Studies, along with a minor in Spanish from Arizona State University. Her educational background has provided her with a deep understanding of political dynamics and cross-border issues, further strengthening her ability to address the needs of diverse communities.
