This is part of a research project that seeks to:

  1. understand working conditions in relation to work expectations and;
  2. document the human impact of high injury rates at Amazon’s Los Angeles County Delivery stations.

(Examples of similar research projects from other organizations about Amazon as an employer include: Amazon Packaging Pain, Behind the Smiles, and Too Big to Govern. This type of research supports the policy work of advocates for worker's rights and protections such as AB 701.).
